Prema Shanti Yoga Payment / Charge Policy

We are different:  We are different from most yoga studios in that we believe commitment is essential to beneficial practice. Please respect our policies and the commitment our current students have made to ongoing practice. We do not accept drop-ins or single classes. If ongoing practice is not for you. Please consult a yoga studio that is comfortable with drop-ins.

Payment Policy:
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card.  There is a $30 dollar returned check fee.  Please make checks payable to Prema Shanti Yoga. Payment is made in full prior to participating in a class.  Refunds are only offered when a class series is cancelled by Prema Shanti Yoga.
The Fee Schedule is subject to change without prior notification.

Class Membership Series Policy: 
Membership is offered for a Series of Classes.  All classes must be pre-registered and fee paid in full prior to attendance to first class.

Fees and Policies are Non-negotiable, Thank you.
       
There are no refunds on the purchase of any class series. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.  Class series may not be shared.  There are no drop-in or single classes. Class series will not be pro-rated for missed classes.  Classes will be prorated for late registration.  Classes not signed up for will be cancelled.  There are no transfers or substitutions.  There are no extensions/ missed classes. You are encouraged to make- up any missed classes by the end of the series and at the discretion of the Director of Prema Shanti Yoga.

Makeup for Missed Classes Policy:  Up to two(2) Makeups will be allowed when studio is notified in advance of intention to miss a class.   Makeups must be scheduled in Advance.  No Dropin Makeups , No Rescheduled Makeups.  No Shows will not be permitted makeups.   No exceptions. Prema Shanti Yoga cannot be responsible for providing additional make-ups or issuing any credit for classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Private Yoga Sessions:
All sessions are scheduled in advance. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. There is a 24hour cancellation policy/No show charge policy- Cancellations must be called in a minimum of 24hrs in advance of session start time.  Students who have not arrived within 15minutes of start of scheduled session time will be deemed as no show and/or called 24hrs in advance to cancel a session will be charged in full for scheduled session, NO Exceptions.  We do not offer free consultations.

Workshops:  Refunds will only be issued if a workshop is cancelled.  No other refunds will be considered.

Gift Certificates:
Same policy as stated above from the dates provided on certificate/class series, private/thai yoga bodywork sessions. 

Product purchases: 
There are no refunds, no exchanges on items purchased at the studio.  All sales are final.

Students are responsible for understanding this policy and purchasing the correct class/private session etc.
